Thank you man, I'm sure this is common knowledge to others but it's my first time using these types of blades and was struggling to understand how to do it. Cheers!

Not common knowledge for me either. But it is now. When you know better you do better. 👍

I didn't even realise the blades snapped off - I thought the lines were decorative!!! The information in this video has transformed my life, haha.

Thank you for posting this and being so nice about it 😊 blades make me nervous, so to know this is nice and easy is greatly appreciated!

WOW.. I am so embarrassed to say I didn't know this is how it worked. I was going about this all kinds of wrong. Thank you for posting this video (even if it was 7 years ago!).

Thank you for this. I've had the same box cutter for a couple of years now and I know the blade was supposed to snap off but I never could get it to. I was just going to keep using it until it wouldn't cut anymore and it was about to that point. I had no idea the end had that groove in it but it did the trick.

Well i never knew that, originally i thought the part you take off to snap the blade was the knives front end where the blade came out, it hurt when the blade came out the other end into the palm of my hand, oh well you learn something everyday, thank you.
