Buzz Ramsey. He was pulling plugs on the Thompson River in BC...and slaying the big Steelhead....before anybody else was really on to it. The Canucks got butthurt and made up a bunch of new rules. The 'no fishing from boats rule' kinda ended his glory. Now you have to get out of the boat and stand on the bank, which makes it kinda hard to pull plugs. Apparently, the Thompson River Steelhead were suckers for plugs.
