I am 60 yo and started using Adepeau at the end of Aug 2024 and within two and a half months more than 60 % of my facial fat has grown back on my temples and at the junction between cheeks and under eye area. Because of these results I wont need to do fillers. I also have facial gua sha regularly with my acupuncturist and love the results that guan sha bring to my skin. This is a wonderful channel, I love watching it.
@AL-ur1fs3 ай бұрын
This is misleading - we unfortunately cannot "grow back" facial fat. It's more likely that your skin care routine helped plump your skin and brought on a more radiant look. The only way you can "grow back" facial fat is if you gain weight, which can show-up on one's face (and it's not growing back fat, it's simply gaining more fat cells).

Ok I’m sold! I’m buying Adepeau. (I hate my sunken temples!) Tks for sharing your experience! ❤

This woman deserves a medal for such a sensible approach to skincare 🎉 I love how the skincare here is a foundation and how she underlines that what matters is the overall look of our faces, not some single line here or there. It’s almost an obsession these days to just have smooth faces, we are bombarded by botox filled influencers who claim it’s all this or that product which they are trying to sell us. We often forget about the basics - well thought moisturising and nourishing. It’s the health of our skin that shines through and makes people notice, not a dull and tired but wrinkle free skin (with botox and fillers).

Thank you, Sandra! I'd love a video on more prominent Nasal Labial Folds and working them starting back at the jaw, please! Your skin did look even more beautiful after the treatment, but it was also lovely to start with! You definitely don't look 49! (On a side note, I hope you don't mind me saying, but out of respect, I say a little prayer when OMG is said (Time stamp 12:54). So many people everywhere say this and it's a bit sad, so I wondered if Gosh could be used in place of God to help Christians not be offended... Thank you for your consideration. Jo 🙏 )

I love learning for you. You said to let you know what you can help with. ….so I will ask. I’m 50 in 2 weeks. Perimenopause is a factor. My skin is on the dry side, especially in the tzone. I have several questions. I played the flute for many many years. I have some deep lines. Would love to find a technique to soften them. My dry skin often flakes around the lips. Though I drink lots of water, hydration and my current skin products may be a factor. I’m thin with dark circles,hollowness and loss of elasticity under the eye. Red light has helped the dark circles. Would love to plum the under eye area. Also, I would like to address is lack of elasticity/crappiness of the skin at the top of the cheek, near the under eye. Lastly, after gua sha, and not removing oils, do you then apply makeup?

Feel free to email us at support@lanshin.com with a picture of your face highlighting the areas you want to work on, we are happy to help suggest some courses/routines/products. Yeah, you can totally do makeup after gua sha!

Same here, but this video combined with having a morning and night facial routine (I’ve stuck to a very specific flow and rarely ever change up what I do and use) and adding more water intake made my forehead wrinkles decrease to where they are barely visible now. Good luck friend.
