You are awesome! My daughters do this and my youngest (17) said instead of getting Botox I should pamper myself and use the gua sha tool. So I looked up videos to see if it helps sagging loose skin on the neck and that’s where I found your first video. How often should I do your gua sha neck and 6 minute face lift video and how long will it take to see results

I use gua sha when I feel relaxed and not in a hurry. If I am in a hurry I just massage my face based on your instructions with my hands/ bones as if they were a gua sha and it feels nice too:-) So I (started to) wonder if/ what are the added benefits of using gua sha tool...and if it is worth it to use iot instead of my hands when I am in a hurry (these before and after brushing my teeth moments:-) Thanks a lot! Love from Prague. Anna

@deathpearl360Ай бұрын
Yes u do this everyday. It's safe for u are stimulating blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and youthful skin.
@LanshinАй бұрын
Yes! You can do it everyday. If you're doing a long like hour long routine, maybe do it a couple times a week! But shorter like 10-15 min routines go ahead and do every day!
@jaynetravelsАй бұрын
This is great, thank you! I noticed tension in my cheeks, could that be coming from the jaw? Is it good to do the micro-strokes on the cheek itself for this too?
@LanshinАй бұрын
It definitely could be connected! You can definitely use these techniques on the cheeks too.

Thank you so much for this video. Just a question, is the use of the oil and facial mist a necessary step before starting the process? Would the oil be good to use even for an oily/combination skin type?
@LanshinАй бұрын
It is important to have some sort of glide/slip on the skin before doing this work -- we love the combo of a mist and an oil together. There are some great oils for acne/oily skin like Black Seed or Sea Berry.

Is it possible to work on both sides simultaneously with 2 gusha plates? Thanks 🙏💖
@LanshinАй бұрын
You could, but I think that it would be difficult to maintain proper technique when using 2 tools at once. I prefer to work with one at a time and really be intentional about the work I am doing.
@SiriusStarGazerАй бұрын
can I do these techniques and a combo of your videos mornings and evenings? I have heard an influencer say for face massage you need to rest your muscles and recommend some massages ( by hand) once per week, which i found was too limiting. I recently bought a gua sha tool because i lost a lot of weight and my cheeks sags, I am a little over 60 also but takes very good care of myself. I am in my best health !
@LanshinАй бұрын
You could! In most cases it would be hard to "overdo" the Gua Sha routines we are showcasing, but you should listen to your skin and your body! Start with 1x a day and if you are loving it, try adding another round in there.
@sonjas.8911Ай бұрын
Thanks, can we do this massage every day? Or only 2-3 times per week?
@Lanshin29 күн бұрын
For most there isn't a harm to doing it everyday! A lot of people find it easier to start with a couple times a week.

@LanshinАй бұрын
For treatments like Sculptra that use bio-stimulators, if you have a lot of lumps and ropiness of the connective tissue under the skin that is something we can evaluate for treatment using facial cosmetic acupuncture and possibly Gua Sha - but it would require an in person exam to evaluate your unique condition.
