I love your videos. I always learn something new. I am of low, low income so cannot afford humming birds. Made my own out of Altoid tins with heavy bent coat hanger wire through two holes in ends and tine filled with cement. Will get some of the mini tins and do same. Bigs one are great but do need lots of space.

Ahhhhh I love your video's and they teach me that it's not just me that can melt a bezel!. That inverted hearts bezel is gorgeous but it melts too easily at times! Love the hummingbirds idea but I use copper pipes mostly due to not having anything else. Copper pipes are also great for protecting prongs too x

What is the alcohol and boric acid ratios? And where can you get the boric acid in powder like that that you mix?

The flux I use is called READY-FLUX from Rio Grande, I also use Boric Acid mixed with Denature alcohol to prevent fire stain, I will upload a new video next week to show how to make it so keep an eye on it. Make sure to subscribe to get notified by email. Thanks for watching!
