I just did this achievement in August 2024. Impossible on level 70. Take a neked dps (that cannot heal itself like rogue, warrior ect) to lvl 50. Take off all the gear and follow what is in this video. Spam /sit macro. The reason to avoid healing classes is that the boss does the reduce healing ability more often, instead of quake. Good luck

u need to have elemental every time boss casting Quake. 5 time in row. to help spawn add make a /sit macro and spam it during Quake. also down boss near to 67% before transition and set it so he doesn't run, it just starts casting right away 5th add spawn

@@MrHexo I managed to collect two rounds of five mobs via rng and make the boss kill them with his spell but I didn't get the achievement.

@@NocnaMara867 I had same situation few times before, but when I recorded my attempts and figured out 1st add disappear literally 0.5 sec before Skullcracker

@@NocnaMara867 Unfortunately, I don't have these recordings anymore, but I also thought that I have 5 adds and I should get achievement, but on the replay in slow-mo it turned out that there were only 4 on Skullcracker. this is why boss position and time between 5th add and down him to 66%/33% is so important

This achievement is super bugged. He never spawns more than 3 at a time. Lvl 70 even with item lvl 0 boss still is one shot.

he spawn only ONE at Quake. If You look closer You will see character /sit during Quake (spam macro). also char is 50lvl and NAKED to not one shot boss. You need to keep try with right conditions - remember to do it on HC

@@MrHexo yep Ive met every single condition that youve displayed. You make it sound like I didnt even watch the video. I sat during quake and spawned one. I got 3 in a row without missing a quake and then they start dying off. And you dont need a macro just hit the x key or whichever is bound to sitting.

maybe adds are too far from the boss and you have to position yourself differently? 2nd idea that comes to mind is addons. turn off all. I had a problem with spawns adds with all addons turned on.

Not possible. Adds die to quick. Max I can get at a time is 4 and that barely lasts. I do the /sit trick as well.

@@krizz02 its an rng thing. You got lucky. I eventually got it.

so much rng on this, using a lvl 50 mage and often after 2 quakes the 3rd one doesnt happen

it is RNG. but to increase spawn chance use '/sit' macro during quake
