Always make sure to have a plan of what you want to accomplish that attack round. Have preplaced drones even if your teammates don't watch them, you can quickly flick between your preplaced and active drones to make your push way easier and have info on everything!

For v sync. What v sync on does is match the monitors frame rate with the graphics cards frame rate (ur xbox/ps5) in doing so there is a slight delay between what you would see on ur screen vs someone using v sync off. V sync off refreshes the screens pixels faster meaning the picture is updated quicker. For a game like r6 considering it’s mostly timing/ reaction time gunfights I would only play with v sync off. If not, you’re going to be at a disadvantage. Free sync monitors or g sync will minimize screen tearing where as they have a quicker refresh rate.

Make sure night mode is on for audio settings first of all! It helps a lot with steps. And I just use hyperX cloud earbuds and for controller elite 2 but the powerA controllers are good too. Even default is fine with RB for crouch

With the vsync off there will only be some tearing for like like 20 seconds if that it’s jus matching ur refresh rate with ur screen but I’ve had it off and it does feel better

For vsync, it’s better to have it on rather than off. It tears a lot and I notice a lot of skipping/lag when off. When it’s in, it stays at a consistent 120. I have a 180hz lg monitor… ps5. I’d suggest putting frame/ping on screen in your settings. It’s good for testing the vsync and a new monitor. Ik u usually play it off. I play it on 100% of the time.

I'd say the biggest tip is don't even worry about your rank and focus on improving as a player in general, your rank will come with that. So if you improve game sense, positioning, gun skill, etc. your rank has to go up

That's what years of practice does. And playing on old gen xbox with a tv up until last year 😂 Now it's easy mode. Also back in the day I'd literally go into customs, turn the timer to a minute and just practice recoil patterns against the walls on house and repeat over and over

Yeah I feel like playing solo really helps you get better as a player because you can't rely on your team you gotta do everything yourself and it puts you in unwinnable situations a lot so great practice. Worth it if you don't care too much about your RP

Nah just improve yourself as a player because sometimes it's out of your control, everyone loses. Eventually you'll be enough to carry in a lot of those L's. Also if you're soloQing yes expect to lose you're usually playing stacks with randoms on your team 😂
