My nephew got 4 different rubix cubes for christmas. One of them being pyraminx. I looked at this video after 30 or so minutes of attempts without hints, and I was able to finish it just now! Definitely worth watching this to save time, otherwise it would've took a few hours without any advise..

I helped him with a lot of things, puzzles, homework, and we used to play video games even break multiple nights (that's just to name a few). In this case, he wanted to see if we could do it and I was able to do it and handed it back to him. Unfortunately down the road, after being helpful, buying and giving him things, the real thief turns out to be him. But hey, that's inlaws for you, he acts like I was never there for him, like all that I did was for nothing. It's too bad things aren't in good terms right now, but hey, as the old saying goes, it is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

i am sub 3 and i'd give some advice to make this better: 1. the sledge to insert case (first last layer case) can be done by bringing the odd one down, d doing a inverse sexy on the other side and then moving the odd one up again 2. the last last layer case can be explained better by pretending a bottom layer edge piece needs to be inserted and just do it twice (so L' U L (insert) then U and another L' U L insert and then U again) 3. 2flipped edges LL case, pretend either of the flipped edges belongs to the solved layer and insert it like a blue layer piece and then do sledge/hedge

For the situation in 5:04, the centers are off. I usually twist the top until I get all the centers to match. Then I solve using the first set of moves explained at 1:26. Also, the "centers" are the 3 triangles that make a fan, but don't touch the side of the of the pyramid.

u can just say, turn the blue piece so the colour next to it matches up. example 2:05 turn I it so the red blue piece has then red on the red side, then do the "algorithm" on the opposite side
