How to Solve Black Screen and Unresponsive Problem on MacBook Pro

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to connect your laptop to a external screen to see if anything appears if it appears it an issue with the screen itself and I would recommend taking it to Apple for further assistance if it doesn't then it is still an issue with the laptop itself.

If you could answer this comment it would be appreciated, the problem that I have is that I’m trying to enable secure boot on my laptop, but here is the problem, my screen freezes at the start of when I enter the uefi system, it always says the same thing choose the system default language, but when I try using the keyboard or mouse it doesn’t work I’ve tried 6 times already Please Help

Hi there, thank you for your question! First I would recommend you try to reset the SMC by shutting down your Mac, pressing Shift + Control + Option on the left side, then holding the Power button for 10 seconds. You can also reset the PRAM/NVRAM by holding Option + Command + P + R on startup for 20 seconds. If those don't work try booting in Safe Mode by holding Shift during startup may also help. If the issue persists, try using Internet Recovery Mode by holding Command + Option + R during startup to load recovery tools from Apple’s servers.

How are we supposed to know when all this is happening if the screen is still black?

Hi there, thank you for your question! If you screen is completely unresponsive it could be a hardware connection issue or software related I would recommend trying to connect the laptop to a different screen to see if it's the screen otherwise try taking it to a professional for further assistance.
