Thank you very much bro. Finally i filed my GSTR with ur video support. I am a small entrepreneur, tried to file gstr for several days. But the application is difficult for a ordinary but educated man like me to file gstr. I request government to simply the process. For nill returns, we need to pay 1000/-. As business is low, it is difficult for me to pay 1000s for filing tax/gst. I request govt to simply the procedure more.

no need to repeat full procedure. Just repeat step 6 i.e "127.0.0.1:1585" in new tab and click on advance and proceed.

But this problem comes only in Chrome. I found Microsoft Edge very helpful. Insert DSC. Run emSigner & file GST Return. No need to do any of the step.

what if "Proceed to 127.0.0.1(.unsafe)" doesn't appear at all? It doesn't appear most of the time. Once in a while it appears miraculously. Any idea how?

for me it is not showing any message like that on chrome browser to proceed. It shows address unreachable. I followed exact instructions 4 times restarted PC, browser, uninstalled and re-installed everything 3 times......

But these days when you enter 127.0.0.1:1585, the 'advance' button isn't appearing. IT only says 'Reload'. So we are not able to roceed to 127.0.0.1(unsafe)
