How to solve FANUC Servo alarm SV385, explained.

We are having new Vmc's after installing new B axis we are repeatedly getting this alarm. But we cancel the alarm by Cycle off + Feed off.

Thanks , Also We are using manual as well as rotory fixtures. As we connect the rotory fixture this alarm appears and in some machine it doesn't shows up.

385 alarm can be triggered also or more probably by the separate detector, like a linear encoder/scale

Sir I have question If we interchange ncoder then will machine show hardware fault alarm ? Becuse parameters setting & ncoder hw serial no.changes
