Internet goes off 24/7 and doesn’t turn back on for days and when it does I can’t load anything

You will need to contact SKY as it sounds like a faulty router. Just incase, make sure there are no radios, anything that transmits signals near the router including microwaves near it. Keep it outside of any cupboards / hidden away.

Pulling that adapter jack won't matter Vs unplugging. It was just luck that the fibre fault had gone from the line on that reset. Ours fails after heavy rain, never In good weather. Draw your own conclusions...

If you have left the power off for 5 minutes and you still have the same problem, you will need to contact your supplier to perform a check on your line. Hopefully you can get this rectified as soon as possible.

To restore full functionality disconnect all power by removing the plug from the wall for 5 seconds or the barrel connection in the back of the router for 5 seconds.

we went back to sky, its a lot better than virgin media, bt etc it may not be great but it deffo is better than the competitors, when we was with virgin ever few hours we had to turn the router off in order for it to do anything, it lost speed drastically it went from 120mbps to 2mbps if we didnt reset it, all we got told to do when we called them up was it looks like the router hasnt been turned off for a while so yeah its better than the others
