don't buy new ram, first put old ram in other slot, then check pc if still not solve then unplug & plug all cables from motherboard and then again check pc if still not solve now change bios battery and restore default bios setting and check again 99% solve and for 1 % buy new ram for your satisfaction or may be other reason or cause....i think it may be helpful for u....thank
