Dear Viewers
this video is made on Troubleshooting of system fault of gent vigilon panels.
I shared my personal experience to solve this trouble.
if this trouble come sometimes it doesn't go even by reset the panel.
When removing the battery terminal cable ..we create a fault in the panel .
after a trouble panel get some work and it's MCB comes in working condition.
system fault is caused due to some troubles in MCB (master contrl board) of the panel .

Replace the battery , if it is old and voltage is less than 12 V

Or you can go to setup -> then cancel buzzer and system fault will be removed without disconnecting batteries.

I have problem with this panel , it is when I remove one detector to clean it after testing or after actually smoke , the panel comes hang and appear more faults and when I press reset not response , only the panel back good when I shutdown it and back run on it again , please reply

Check load test and battery condition ...it indicates the failure of the battery load test .

What is the battery voltage..

25.6 volts
