hi peter . i have the F2100B controller on my plasma . the one problem is the after the first cut the machine doesnot stop cutting, it lift the torch and moves to the second cut still cutting , i change a 9 pin relay , the dealer recon it is sticky , it work for a little wail. not satisfied , is there same other problem the i must look at . thanks danie

hello, I have checked all the parameters that you have mounted, my machine has not even 1 month of operation. however I still have the same problem, I point out that it happened suddenly. would it be a problem due to the (voltage devider ) ?. because I noticed two small changes on my machine. firstly the height of the torch does not correspond to that given on my controller, secondly the power of the flame is low even if I increase the voltage. I use an XPTHC-400-PT as a controller

La solución es sencilla reviza que todas las conexiones que van al fuente este bien conectadas

A nosotros nos paso igual faltaba conectar el cable que produce el arc Y la conexión del cable de control no estaban haciendo buen contacto
