I tried your advice but it didn't work. It keeps saying the printer is not found on the network. I tried installing the printer the old way where I tried adding the port as a standard TCP/IP port, by using the IP address from the old printer. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to assign a new port? When I click add printer, the printer shows up on the list of printers but when I pick port it doesn't recognize it. What should I do? It is a RICOH 402SPF printer. I would appreciate any advice.

Hi there Thank you for contacting us. I am about to update another video regarding net working issue. But for now log in system settings - 5810 - delete 8 to 15 and restart. It will be sorted. 👍

Go to copier or printer interface and type 806182 on the number pad and find 5810 - and execute 8 to 15 and restart

What you can do is * sc settings 5810 - delete 8 to 15 and restart the MFD. this will sort you out. Thanks
