Interesting. I figured there was. I assume I'd have to change my 4x6 ebay labels to tag labels and mess with some settings..... might be more trouble than worth for me personally cause I print a bunch daily on ebay. I'll look into it thought. Thanks for the heads up I appreciate it.

Would you put a label on the front cover of the book to cover up sticker goo, and cover up the isbn on the back?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
I personally don't worry about sticker goo unless it's a lot a lot. But most people won't really care. I suppose you can put your sku label wherever. But I think best practice is to put it on the back. And you have to make sure only 1 barcode is scanable. I guess that's why most people myself included use the Amazon label to cover the books barcode. If it doesn't have a carcode just an isbn then I suppose you don't have to put it on the back.... if you think it's too much goo I would just clean it real quick and put the label on the back.

You didn’t show packaging them. Did you put bubble wrap around them?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
I do not. I put as many books in the box as I can to prevent movement. If there's space on top I throw a little bubble wrap on top to prevent movement. I don't personally know anyone that wraps each book.

Thanks for this video! One question do I need to list a price for Canadian Amazon market or do I only need to only worry about US price if I am shipping and selling from United States?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
I assume you're only selling in the US market. If that's the case then you only need a US price. If you're selling in other markets then need other prices. Thanks for watching and great question.

How do you know where to send the books/
@pineywoodspicker Жыл бұрын
Amazon automatically picks where you will send your items. Usually the closest warehouse to your location but sometimes if that warehouse is "full" they will send it to the next one. When you generate your shipping label they will have the location it's going. All you do is drop it off at UPS
@bobhampton94802 жыл бұрын

When looking at all the offers for a book, is it only the offers that are listed as prime that are fba or is it also the ones that have free shipping?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
If you're selling FBA like myself then the only people you are competing with for the "buy it now button" are those on FBA.

@@pineywoodspicker thanks. So are the fba offers the ones that say +0.00 shipping too or just the prime offers?

@@pineywoodspicker and what if there are no fba offers? Do I compare my price to a higher fbm offer and try to go lower than that one or compare it to the lowest fbm offer?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
@@dabarc02 perfect situation. If no FBA offers that means you set the market. I personally go higher because I like more money. But that's up to you. Whatever scout app you're using should tell you the last price it sold for used, you could base your price off that if you want. Typically speaking used FBA usually lands somewhere between New FBA and used FBM

What type of labels to you use? Are they permanent or removeable?
@pineywoodspicker2 жыл бұрын
I use Avery 30 up address labels. Give that a Google and you'll see what it is. They are sticky so they're pretty permanent but I guess you could finesse them off if needed.

Thanks for the follow and lmk if you have any questions. (Side note, I haven't cleaned a single book haha. No problems so far) definitely gotta peel them stickers off tho. Heat gun or blow dryer works pretty well. Heat them up they come right off.
