How to Sous Vide Chicken Breasts in the Deluxe Multi Cooker

HI Jill, unfortunately, the Quick Cooker does not have a Sous Vide feature so you would not be able to do this in that version.

Quick question? I’m paranoid about the temp on chicken. Had salmonella poisoning once. No fun. Lol. I thought chicken needs to be cooked to 165 degrees. Since you cooked it to 155, do you sear it until it’s 165 throughout? Thank you for all the wonderful videos.

You can cook to 165 if you like but when you sear it the temp will come up!
