I’ve tried sous vide on a Chuck roast. Apparently it’s going to take 24+ hours to get it tender. The pressure cooker would do that much quicker. Even the slow cooker only takes 4-6 hours. Fortunately my multi cooker does all those things and more. Oh and I absolutely love the lid holder

Sous vide cooking takes a lot longer as it is cooking over a long period of time in a water bath but comes out perfect every time depends on What kind of cooking you want to do I love both the pressure cooking as well as sous vide
