Nicely done! I cooked one just like that a few days ago and had similar success. My wife and I got three dinners from an $8 chicken. Fun to cook, too.

That bird looks phenomenal, I always save that back bone for stock but a treat sounds good too. Killer deal you got on that kettle, you’ll love it. I made myself a poortex and those do work well. Awesome job Ricky!

I have the wet stones from dalstrong, i try to sharpen them every other week just to maintain them, i have like 10 of them but this one is my favorite one.
