Killing me with that Glen Blue kettle. Chickens came out awesome, you take grilling the same way I do. I just enjoy doing it no matter what it is.

Dski, enjoyed the videos as always. Finished product looked incredible. Had me a bit worried about your arm when dumping the chimney. Be safe my friend and have great upcoming Thanksgiving.

I love it’s incredible seasoning! I just made a whole chicken the same way with this seasoning but Santa Maria grill style. Also, I didn’t know they sold 5lb bags? I might have to check it out.

Yeah, Michael from Heavenmade Products offers all of his rubs in bulk. I just purchased the “Amazin Cajun” rub in 5lbs in preparation for a 7 Turkey cook I’m doing for Thanksgiving. Have a great holiday!

Lots of ways to roast a chicken, but spatchcocked and on a grill, tough to beat.

What lump charcoal is that ?
@DskiGrillz2 жыл бұрын
FOGO Lump charcoal is what I used on this cook. Thanks for checking out the video.

I'm betting all that skin pulls off in one bite. Gotta use a tenderizer on that bird before you put it on the grill if you want that bite through skin.
@DskiGrillz Жыл бұрын
Try cooking at temperatures between 300 and 350 degrees and you will have bite through skin. No tenderizing needed. Thanks for checking out the video.
