There are 2 types of people. One, who can speak in English fluently, but get nervous during interviews. And second, who can understand English but have trouble speaking fluently. And it’s okay. Giving interviews is tough already.
And because of the pandemic, the interview experience has gotten tougher. Atleast for the next 6 months, most of the interviews will be conducted online without any proper human interaction. You might think it makes life simpler, but somehow, this has made interview process even more complicated.

1) A good greeting 2) Stories of achievement and failure 3) Practice infront of camera or mirror 4) Give more interviews 5) Speak slowly and some pauses in between gives you time to think.

Don't worry it happens to a lot of us. Take your time to collect your thoughts and answer. You can tell the interviewer you are assimilating your thoughts for a couple of seconds and I am sure they will be accommodative because you are putting in the effort to work on your areas of development.

Simply, have been +has been is the helping verbs. which come s in continuous perfect present tense.. And have been is used only where subject of sentences is ( i , we ) rather than we used has been... For ex. I have been watching a cinema. &ramesh has been watching a cinema.
