At 2:30 rather than giving a formal greeting it is always recommended to start the conversation with HI in IT/Software industry for rapport building. 2:46 Heyyy is informal and whats up is too casual, but Hi is fine.

I am waiting for my final interview result with top management. it was final interview with top management,after brief introduction GM HR said you have given brief introduction and it was not your words but it was your dedication, hardworking conveying your message to us, your hard work and dedication reflect in your introduction He said you want to achieve more in short time by using your learning appetite and hardworking skills, and also comment competiton is tough and recuritement is purely based on merit.... The last statement is very confusing.... Could you please explain.....
