English is meant to be polite why speak and why not be. Apart from this the grammar is the discipline corrected. So just properly used language can be assume is polite.

One of best way of learning English is implicit learning. It’s a technique that is being used by babies. They learn method of conversation with others not the grammar. They don’t focus on whether to use present perfect or Past one . They just understand what the other person is trying to say and then give their answer.

Excellent. Polite & tactful speech is invaluable in life... "Man's speech is the revealer of his heart. In whatever world the heart travels, man's conversation will revolve around that center. From his words you can understand in what world he is travelling, whether he is looking upward toward the realm of light or downward." ~ Bahá’í Faith
