This video hits home with the point about ditching unnecessary apologies-it's a game-changer. I've caught myself saying "sorry" far too often, and shifting to more confident language like "Thank you for waiting" has transformed how others see me and how I see myself. Definitely a practical mindset shift I'll keep applying!

True respect comes from a combination of wisdom, composure, and integrity-qualities the Stoics emphasized so deeply. Speaking with intention, listening more than we talk, and aligning our words with our actions can create an unshakable foundation for respect. Stoicism reminds us that respect isn't demanded; it's earned through character and consistency.

Ditch the “I’m Sorry” Habit (<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="38">00:38</a>-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="206">03:26</a>).Unnecessary apologies weaken your authority and self-respect.Replace “I’m sorry” with confident alternatives like “Thank you for waiting.”Respect yourself first to earn respect from others. Thank you for sharing! I love your video so much!!!❤

To speak with respect, Stoicism teaches us to prioritize wisdom, clarity, and intention in our words. Speak less, but say more, choose your words carefully and ensure they align with truth and virtue. Listen actively before responding, and avoid letting emotions dictate your tone. When you communicate with calm confidence and purpose, respect will follow naturally. Remember: your voice is strongest when guided by integrity.

Over-explaining can dilute your message and make you appear less confident. Trust in the power of your words and embrace silence.

Are used to be silent to people that disrespected me. And ignore them. Now I give them a taste of their own medicine and disrespect them right back. You get the picture silence is not golden. Silence is being a victim of these animals that constantly abuse you. And that’s a fact that I have learned in my life. You got expose the dirtbags that disrespect you. And that’s the only way people are going to know that their creeps and the phonies and then back stabbers and a lot of them commit fraud, and get away with it.
