Your method of explaining is perfect! All of the haphazard learning I've done is coming together with each sentence! I love being able to easily read the Thai because it's so clearly legible. How do you find…? I think most people in USA would say, "What do you think about...?" We don't use the phrase "How do you find...?" in USA. Perhaps that is used in England more? Naturally, we can understand it. So the Thai คุณคิดยังไงกับ is actually pretty close to "What do you think about...?" And, sometimes, we even say, "How do you think about...?" which is even closer to the Thai expression. "What do you think about Star Wars?" "What do you think about the economy? Will it improve?"

In Canada 'How do you find...' is used about as frequently as "What do you think about..."

In some cases like your example you can use either wâa, têe but not always the case depends on the verb you use. All of your sentences are correct apart from the practice pŏm hăa taang bpai séu pàk mâi jer Don't say têe in this sentence 😊
