I've had multiple questions answered through my mind by my higher self. Once they were answered that way I had no questions or doubts whatsoever about the answers. This didn't happen overnight either. It has taken a long time and a regular meditation practice to achieve this. I promise you that when the answers come through you will know it! I'm a 59-year-old 'south-paw.' Early on, the nuns referred to me as the ''devil's child'' (the saying never stuck.) Your video has helped me to understand more about my own personal psyche... and why I'm always viewing life from a different perspective than most of my peers. While I am ADD, perhaps there's more to why I will most often fail to recognize many components of a story... while exposing hidden meanings ...& not those in the Cliff Notes! One thing I’ve noticed as a mentally ill person is that - sometimes over identifying with your monkey brain/thoughts gives access for the “devil” or your shadow self, fears, etc. to come through and take charge of your mind and your thoughts. It is very tricky to get out of this loop, but if and when you can, it is so beneficial and will help you to move on and move through the world without all the fears/shadows.

Yes. I had repressed trauma and experienced a traumatic situation with my own daughter. I got lost in all of it. Intense spiritual experiences were o ershadowed by my own fear and self denial. Took me over 3 years to find my way back to myself.

I'm 72 years old. In 2019 I had a spontaneous lucid dream. Lucid dreaming then led me to tantric buddhist practices, in particular Inner Heat Yoga. This taught me how to dissolve to emptiness. This is excellent and though I understand the mind science this video gives me new perspective on my practice. When I practice presence meditation the goal is to get so present with Spirit I lose the personal identity (I'm not a name or a body, I'm energy, Spirit) and I find the spaces of non-existance within existence (or "The Void"). Physical reality, like everything within it is energy and all energy is wave..there are crests and troughs so "reality" is really an interplay of reality (crest) and non-reality (void) and I found if I can find the non-existence within existence helps me to create whole brain awareness and access my intuion to better speak to Source. Just because someone has a propensity and passion for science and math doesnt mean that this perspective holds the most value and central truth by the Universe and God/Source. The heart is 1000 times more powerful than the mind. The gap between what is real beyond time and space and the 3D matrix programming. ... is only one thing ... and that is belief. The veil between dimensions of consciousness is composed of the frequencies of belief. This has nothing to do with time and space or 3D constructs including the physical body except in our response and subsequent choices. Rid yourself of doubt and the yearning for what you "dont have" or "are not" and replace those negative false programmed beliefs with knowing you are high consciousness .. already. Release the resistance and tension and allow your higher frequencies, allow yourself, to rise in frequency and stand firmly in your real and true state of being. Which is heart. Your heart light. You are connected as an extension of God in your heart light. Where you by default reside. Always. Not in your brain. Your divine mind is coherent with your heart light. It streams data down to and through your heart chakra portal as all healthy chakra energies also should be doing. You can hear God's voice in your mind because your mind and heart are in sync .. . with your heart as the central place where your consciousness and your connection with God/Source ... as you are an extension of God/Source ... resides.

Can you speak to the "thoughts" that aren't from "source" as we would like to believe as "positive"? Example, I've gotten back into motorcycle riding and some "thoughts" that now show up that never did before are doubts of my ability and what could happen on a ride right before going out. I recognize these as not "mine" and not positive, telling them to "go away" and they are not for me. And that has attuned me to pay attention to other "thoughts" that aren't to my benefit. I'm not suffering from this, just noticing.

I invite anyone to comment, so I will understand better. I have a problem to let my right brain function. I have a tinnitus on both sides and it sort of shuts off both sides of the brain, but in particular the right brain. When I take a few beers, it looks like my right brain gets activated by the alcohol and I get my feelings and emotions back, and I feel (at least I think so) more connection with Source. But probably the left brain (which is there to have the overall control) loses control over my right brain and my right brain may therefore also produce uncontrolled thought processes and whatever follows. To what extent is this true and how bad is it to drink some alcohol.

I look forward to your videos every week. There’s a reason the voice of spirit is called "the still small voice;" it’s not loud, it doesn’t hit you over the head. It was a therapist 30 years ago who pointed out to me that Spirit speaks to me thru my writing, my journal entries. As I shared my journal entries with him, he noticed that I’d ask a question and then a few lines later, the answer would show up. The same is true today. I can either journal my thoughts and feelings or I can engage in direct dialogue with my inner being by using a practice known as ‘automatic writing’ in which you use your dominant hand to write out a question and with your non-dominant hand you respond to the question. But first you must clear out the analytical brain’s attempts to answer that question.

The Ego isn't lying, it's giving you feedback...what you're feeling is the feedback out of context or consideration of what it's actually doing...we tend to conclude that those thoughts must be the "reality"...on their own, that is the only way we can interpret them....but in conjunction with the actual truth, they are simply showing the extent to which we are not immersing ourselves into our own Source...The Source. Once finally realised and accepted, we then come to understand that the Source is in others too. So....how would Source treat Source??😊❤ Once I realised this balance between Ego and Source, as this video so beautifully posits, my life changed in so many beautiful ways...💖😮

An insanely simple truth. I have heard preachers say that “god is closer to you than you are to yourself.” At the time, I thought that was simply, God created me, so he’s like Santa. I’m going through an awakening now, I don’t know how long for but what seems to be going on is it’s also unlocked mediumship skills, and I’ve already had very intense interactions with spirit, where I thought I was going crazy seeing things and a specific person, what’s more, is that this person was quite famous in history and it confused the life out of me oh and I’m a reincarnation of someone who knew her well in life. It’s very overwhelming, thankfully I have medium friends who have been able to help walk me through it

Exactly when i berate myself of having a weak mind and not being able to fully focus on what a spiritual teacher is talking about, the thought that comes up is exactly what the teacher brings about in matter of seconds! This video is really freaking timely... I was SO frustrated yesterday because I have been shown that I am supposed to be able to heal myself (and others) at the highest level possible in physical reality using Higher Energy, and promised by Divine that I will have wealth/success so I don't need to think/worry about money or being limited, but it still hasn't happened... Its freaking frustrating and difficult for sure. I need to hear this a few more times.

I am Dyslexic I use all my brain.This is why I always look to connect the dots . I always wanted to know why to everything. Einstein was Dyslexic I have to say it has been a trip for sure after already being Dyslexic than I was dead from septic shock and than I had a brain bleed from a head trauma. I know some people that are naturally clairaudient. Im not but i do remember i when i had my spontaneous awakening that very briefly i felt like i was talking directly to someone but it slowly faded to not hearing anything again im assuming the ego came back online? So now i cant hear it anymore but the signs and synchronicities and subtle communication is still there
