I've had multiple questions answered through my mind by my higher self. Once they were answered that way I had no questions or doubts whatsoever about the answers. This didn't happen overnight either. It has taken a long time and a regular meditation practice to achieve this. I promise you that when the answers come through you will know it! Wake up early, no later than 5am, sit in stillness with no interference, send out prayers for All, oneself, Life. Cold shower, eat little to no sugar, spend as little time online as possible, be in nature as much as possible, listen in for the silence and there U will hear God speak.

One thing I’ve noticed as a mentally ill person is that - sometimes over identifying with your monkey brain/thoughts gives access for the “devil” or your shadow self, fears, etc. to come through and take charge of your mind and your thoughts. It is very tricky to get out of this loop, but if and when you can, it is so beneficial and will help you to move on and move through the world without all the fears/shadows.

Yes. I had repressed trauma and experienced a traumatic situation with my own daughter. I got lost in all of it. Intense spiritual experiences were o ershadowed by my own fear and self denial. Took me over 3 years to find my way back to myself.

I thought I was in a euphoric state for many many months straight receiving information so detailed…then not a single one came true. That was the biggest wake up call on how the mind can trick you into believing whatever you want to believe in but the reality is the proof in the pudding. Cause i've been in a similar situation, but it's one of questioning whether or not spirituality is real and if there's such a thing as a divine plan over our lives like I once would have said I absolutely knew to be true. Yeah what a mind-frick, the fact that I can't maturely and kindly ask god to reveal themselves as real to me personally and finally achieve a long needed out of body, astral projection experience, to the point of going back to questioning whether or not such a god exists- or could even be not as all powerful as I once thought they were- to perhaps even evil or malicious-.. Well it speaks volumes about the wall i've hit here, this unpassable wall, and how these experiences might actually point to the non-existence of spirituality altogether rather than any bad spiritual forces trapping us here on the planet against our will in some sort of soul trap. But who knows, I hope i'm wrong, and that there's a reasonable explaination for all of this that involves a divine supernatural plan over my life, I don't want to feel like i'm questioning whether or not i'm depressed about life, it's not exactly where I would like to be in life. It's becoming a real, literal, almost incomprehensible mind-fuck, with mental gymnastics at every turn and draining sanity beneath my feet like quick sand, a mental/spiritual obstacle course or test I might have to go through. I look forward to your videos every week. There’s a reason the voice of spirit is called "the still small voice;" it’s not loud, it doesn’t hit you over the head. It was a therapist 30 years ago who pointed out to me that Spirit speaks to me thru my writing, my journal entries. As I shared my journal entries with him, he noticed that I’d ask a question and then a few lines later, the answer would show up. The same is true today. I can either journal my thoughts and feelings or I can engage in direct dialogue with my inner being by using a practice known as ‘automatic writing’ in which you use your dominant hand to write out a question and with your non-dominant hand you respond to the question. But first you must clear out the analytical brain’s attempts to answer that question.

This is excellent and though I understand the mind science this video gives me new perspective on my practice. When I practice presence meditation the goal is to get so present with Spirit I lose the personal identity (I'm not a name or a body, I'm energy, Spirit) and I find the spaces of non-existance within existence (or "The Void"). Physical reality, like everything within it is energy and all energy is wave..there are crests and troughs so "reality" is really an interplay of reality (crest) and non-reality (void) and I found if I can find the non-existence within existence helps me to create whole brain awareness and access my intuion to better speak to Source. The Ego isn't lying, it's giving you feedback...what you're feeling is the feedback out of context or consideration of what it's actually doing...we tend to conclude that those thoughts must be the "reality"...on their own, that is the only way we can interpret them....but in conjunction with the actual truth, they are simply showing the extent to which we are not immersing ourselves into our own Source...The Source. Once finally realised and accepted, we then come to understand that the Source is in others too. So....how would Source treat Source??😊❤ Once I realised this balance between Ego and Source, as this video so beautifully posits, my life changed in so many beautiful ways...💖😮

Thank you ive been having this thing where certain animals out of nowehere will just pop into imagination i didnt trust it at first. I start looking these animals and their meanings up and it was always relevant to whatever I had going on. One time I saw a green snake, one time I saw a hynea another time a lion. Ive learned to trust this type of inner guidance so this was a big confirmation thank you🌊

I’m going through an awakening now, I don’t know how long for but what seems to be going on is it’s also unlocked mediumship skills, and I’ve already had very intense interactions with spirit, where I thought I was going crazy seeing things and a specific person, what’s more, is that this person was quite famous in history and it confused the life out of me oh and I’m a reincarnation of someone who knew her well in life. Long ago I had a teacher that introduced me to the fourth way through Gurdjief with his Bach flower medicine courses, but I now realize that the way he thought the fourth way was through a lens of fear and control which in many ways hindered my evolution and most certainly that of those who followed his courses but on the other hand it opened up a path for me to explore and find my own truth, my own connection to source. Truth is everywhere, since everything is source, whether or not we can see it only depends on the filters we apply as we perceive source and the truth. That said if you ever encounter “masters” or “teachers” that prey on your fears, be very mindful of what they’re trying to teach, chances are they have a self serving agenda. I am Dyslexic I use all my brain.This is why I always look to connect the dots . I always wanted to know why to everything. Einstein was Dyslexic I have to say it has been a trip for sure after already being Dyslexic than I was dead from septic shock and than I had a brain bleed from a head trauma.
