In Ndebele we call it isitshwala esilo mfushwa then a mix of beans, nuts, round nuts and grains of maize we call it inkobe 🇿🇼

Interesting way you make pap. In Zimbabwe in Shona it's Sadza. And we leave it to boil a few minutes up to ten, depending on pot size, quantity being cooked. Then add enough raw mealie meal or hupfu to your liking, mix in well. Some leave to cook for a few more minutes on low heat others dish up then. The dried spinach you cooked is mufushwa we spinach.
