@recipesandhospitalitywithclara Жыл бұрын
The English name is African Nightshade. You could find out from seed companies in Kenya such as simlaw seeds and the like. They should have the seeds. Thank you so much for watching!

Osuga is traditional recipes just like Carribean foods the recipes calls for longer marinating and longer cooking
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for this Serah.. I like to not overcook veggies generally. I find managu tasting better when not overcooked. If one prefers longer cooking, I think it's still okay.

I like the recipe but I have a problem with the tomato paste. I feel it's not necessary ma'am
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for watching ! You're right in that it's not one of the critical ingredients. It enhances the taste alot though. But you can do without it.

Question Clara...can you substitute the milk cream with mala?...its hard to find milk cream...nitajikakamua but in the meantime is that substitution okay.
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara Жыл бұрын
Hi Christine, when I don't have cream I use just milk though it's not the best. I'm not sure if mala will work well but I think it's okay to try
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara Жыл бұрын
I actually think I could try that next time now that it's heavy. Hadn't thought of it 🤔
