It helps for the shepherds to be running Eclipse with the jammer and either fire chems or bleed hive. When there's a boss they know they will need to DPS down they can switch over to Hunters or some other DPS build. I use both the EP bag, a China Light vest with Glass Canon, the vile mask, and holding a Shotgun will help with all the status ticks also.

My trick is starting at 30 share items. get the project for exotic. Use pestilence at 30. Get back pack put blood sucker. Go to New York have hunter keys. Get hunter-killer from chest. Complete NY. Favorite three piece. Pest, HK, Backpack. Put in stash for next run.

Just got a ridgeway pride at level 30 in DC b4 ny. So ny will be really great now. Started at level 1 and boost to 30 in DC, shared the blueprint and components then did the weekly donations.

When I did all my characters on the Xbox I, powered leveled someone and then, they powered leveled me. On the Ps5 right now I, unlocked everything and, I don’t feel like doing the missions so. I’m just walking around doing convoys and activities until 38(currently 34) then I will do all the control points and once hitting 40, I will blow through the missions. Yes I know this is longer but, chilled solo grind

I run WoNY so much I can’t always find helpers. I saved 7-8 gear slots and a lvl 31 set of 3pc empress 2 Hana u & 1 wyvern with kinetic momentum and pistol and main weapon with in sync. I could run it in just over 2.5 hours solo and sometimes almost crack 2 hours now i have a ps5 load time

I just do wony solo and don’t even bother upgrading my equipment until level 34 or 35. It’s quite easy. Solo you don’t get as many npc’s. Also I noticed that you have to activate your specialization talents when you get to haven.

The only side mission you need to do is Castle Clinton. You can skip the side missions from Kelso.

Depending on how "pure" you want the process to be, there's a couple of options to speed this up. I had run the original story line with all of my profiles and never continued on to WoNY with one of them. You can't optimize anything under level 40, but the shared stash allows you to recalibrate one attribute with any of your profiles, allowing the use of another profiles' credits and the shared resources/blueprints. You can build up the lower tier recalibration library and, with a little perseverance, you can create some fairly strong level 30 pieces. This allowed me to create two strong level 30 builds. One has four pieces of half-life, a Murikami mask and a Wyvern holster. The other has four pieces of Negotiator's Dilemma and starts with Badger gloves and Sokolov kneepads. This has also allowed me to come up with strong level 30 versions of scorpio, chatterbox, capacitor, and nemesis, as well as a strong vector SMG. Once you get your new character to Haven, you can talk with Paul Rhodes to enable Specializations, and immediately max out the specialty options for Survivalist and Demolitionist. Create a Survivalist loadout with the Negotiators Dilemma/Badger/Sokolov and a Demolitionist loadout with the Halflife/Murikami/Wyvvern pieces. I use the SMG, Scorpio, Crusader shield and Striker drone with the survivalist loadout, and trade the shield for an assault turret and the Scorpio for the Capacitor in the Demolitionist build. Note that unlike gear and weapons, level 40 mods can be used on your skills. As I've leveled up the new profile, I've acquired and recalibrated various levels of Ceska Vyroba holsters and Grupo Sombra kneepads to give my Survivalist build the crit chance and crit damage attributes of those pieces, as well as maxxing out weapons damage on each piece to 15%. The Demolitionist build gets higher level Murikami/Wyvvern pieces with maxxed out skill damage or skill haste. The same goes for weapons I've acquired when running through the WoNY story line. The capacitor gets traded for AR's with the In Sync talent and higher attributes. The SMG gets traded out for an SMG with better stats and gets recalibrated for 21% crit chance. Those builds stay until I hit level 40, at which time I have various maxxed out builds for tech, damage and tankiness which get used as needed for the various remaining missions. I use this approach to max out my resources, allowing me to recalibrate and optimize the various pieces of all of my builds fairly quickly. I run my 4th profile in this fashion, and can finish out the WoNY storyline in about 8 hours of solo play time. Once I've finished, I max out resources via the SHD points on Keener's watch, travel to the D.C BoO and buy the shared resources blueprint. This process allows you to ignore the resource limits and build up your shared resources far beyond normal. You still have to use your other profiles to sell or break down equipment for receiver components and protective fabric, since those aren't shared, can't be crafted and can't be created via SHD points. After I strip all mods my skills and stash them, I transfer all of the desired pieces to my stash, delete the 4th profile and start over.

@@muckyduck06 I just got to max watch. I have already been working on a 2nd and 3rd character. Just started my 4th at level 1 boost to 30 in DC, end up with better gear to start and get the shared blueprint and components b4 going to ny.

I do it solo in about 4 hours but the four main missions and four side missions will only get you to about halfway through level 38, you'll need to do a few control points as well to reach level 40.

Are you using a specific build? or just the random loot collect throughout the run?

@@UporaFilms Its a mixture really , I have a few good items that I have kept in my stash which I transfer to my 4th character when I take them through NYC but really the stuff you pick up along the way will get you through to level 40. As soon as I reach level 40 I transfer one of the builds from my main character through my stash in order to take on Keener in that final mission. If you don't do that then its still possible to defeat Keener with the gear you pick up along the way, but much harder. Hope this helps.

Yeah I just soloed another run through WONY but tried it with a lvl 30 heartbreaker set. I was pretty much able to blast through it with no issues. Missions were a breeze with that build using a shield and artificer. Just crafted an m4 for every level. I really wish I could have been able to get a level 30 bullet king, then it would have been even easier, but now I just learned about crafting a GR9 with steady hands. gonna try that on my next run through.@@Bluejohn

If you're just going to delete the agent after using the SHD points, you don't need to bother putting points in all the watch categories. you can just put one point in the first category and then back out of the watch UI completely leaving the other 799 points un-assigned.

@@DemocracyOfficer2485 Basically yes, more or less. You can't literally "transfer the watch points" but you can use them to benefit any agent on your account. The first thing is that you need to have a SHD level higher than 800 on your main agent. When you create a new boosted WONY agent, you start in NY at level 30 and hit level 31 by the time you reach Haven. Once you finish the NY content (hit level 40, complete Liberty Island mission, and take down Aaron Keener, that agent will get a SHD watch that has as many points as your main. 800 points are reserved for upgrading the watch but you can spend anything over 800 on whatever you want (usually resources). Once you hop back to DC and purchase the shared resources blueprint, then all the agents on your account, including your main can access the resources when you convert SHD points. Additionally, you can transfer gear and weapons through the shared account stash and use the SHD points on your new agent to optimize that gear before transferring it back.

I actually found it was easier running this mostly solo and then as a pair for the final rogue agent fight. Also best for your survival is if the other div agent is on a similar SHD level. I used Survivalist and a lot of Status Effects crowd controls, and easily cruised through the first three agents in under 40 mins - but then all of a sardine 🐟 at Level 37 (after the 3rd Lt) everything suddenly changed. The AI had most certainly pulled up its Combat Pantihose and was MUCH more aggressive, the smallest mistake out of cover meant death. Then, hiding between wipes, was a second slow death, this from the constant tweaking of bad loadouts, knowing it was rubbish but still hoping for a not Death result. So if you're here, and hungry for easily obtainable knowledge, fresh off the back of someone else's pain and struggles - then you have come to the right comment... I reckom the easiest way to ensure swift success is to remove the RNG - simply donate some favourte loadouts from your 1st character (at levels 32/36/38 should do it) - that way you wont spend so much time and energy throwing all those rubbish builds at the dumpster fire and then complaining about the smell on your way back to the safe house.
