This really is great but where it becomes really useful is with higher SHD watch levels for instance my lvl 180 SHD would not benifit anywhere close to what your doing for the ammount of time spent leveling from 30-40. Keep up the videos love watching these

you are right and even when you get to level 1000 you would only get 200 SHD , and that goes in no time. However, whatever your SHD level subsequently rises to, whether its 2000, 3000 etc etc, you will only lose 800 of it.

this is the fastest way. sadly it takes so much resources to upgrade everything to proficiency. It is ridiculous. Main reason i been doing this is because i play pvp and no matter how good you are, you cant beat a player with their weapon maxed out and you only with base damage.

Honestly massive should just simply delete expertise level in PvP and DZ. I have a tank build for PvP, and before the expertise level I was doing good tanking dmg. When that update came in, I get destroyed with eagle bearer users with max level 21 expertise level. Cant even have tank builds in this game smh

This method has been around for a while now, which is why a lot of folks leave the last character as disposable for resource farming. Be careful its a quick way to burn out on the game though...lol - I sure did had to a take month away from the game due to it and haven't gone back to WONY since. This actually works better if you are 1500+ SHD level already as the amount of points you get for resources makes the run of WONY worth it. For instance 1 run of WONY for a 2000 SHD level should get you 3 maxed out pieces (e.g. maxed expertise for 1 gear, weapons or skill). So each time you make a character you'll have enough resources to knock it out relatively quick. The lower your SHD the longer this process will take take. So focus on SHD farming first, then expertise imho.

What you should preface your video with is the fact that the agent's watch level needs to be at least around 1000 for this to have ANY real difference! Before that the vast majority of your watch levels go towards your 4 branches, not scavenging.

if its only for printer filaments the you can select armor mods in countdown and keep doing it, then destroy the mods that you dont like. of course its much slower but if you want to level up at the same time then its a good deal

@@hummam007 To get 3000 printer filament it takes 300 SHD levels which is what it takes to become proficient for 1 item. If you use your SHD levels to convert to money and buy the mods to deconstruct it takes 226 SHD levels. It's a pain in the ass to do but for someone who doesn't have a lot of SHD it might be beneficial.

@@hummam007 ​ So I think what you’re referring to is different. Essentially you feel it’s a waste to use scavenging points for printer filaments in general . But once you start reaching the higher expertise levels, loot drop returns diminish greatly, so u gotta use materials (printer filaments). And it’s better to use the shd points for 10k e credits, buy a mod (for 4517 e-credits) and deconstruct it instead of using the shd point for the 10 filaments. You’ll end up with 12 printer filaments and only spend about 9100 e credits, instead of using a shd point (worth 10k e-credits) for only 10 filaments.

I do it solo about once a week, takes me 4 or 5 hours and really when you get above about level 10 or 11 this method becomes the only meaningful way to increase your expertise level . It's boring doing WONY over and over again but no worse than constantly repeating the same DC missions .

However, My original agent - (which i still have as my main) has never bought the sharing materials - thats because i cant find it when i go see Ilnya. the new charecters are able to download the materials and share blueprints - do you suggest i do WONY again with my main charecter to get the blueprint and materials share downloads so that i can share all the goodies of my main charecter with all the new ones i create - thus giving the new charecters a head start so to speak ? I do the same but I save a set of the starting garbage gear for the character to die with and squash the decent gear, I know it's not much more but why not get everything out of them?

HI Kam - Just as an update, I believe before you purchase from Anaya the "shared resources" you first have to spend all your SHD points to increase your all your existing resources to 9999, then purchase the "shared resources" and it think it will add your resources at 9999 plus original character 9999 = 19998. If you don't and your original character is already at 9999, it will only add the minimum and your secondary character is left with at the SHD points a second character. Please confirm--thanks again for sharing

Am I wrong to say, firstly you create a new character, right? Then instead of doing a campaign go straight to NY one aaaand when you are done with it, then go to get the share material blueprint and use the points? I play so many flipping hours just to get a +0.2 on flipping weapon damage for example . Thanks man for the video.

Dont get me wrong, but 2 hours 'boosted' is a whole different story then any other given person just to make a new character and try to run through WONY. When i moved from Xbox to PC and had to go through WONY, matchmaking was close to non-existing, the few odd times backup did work and i was rolled through a mission, it will get you no where near the 2 hours needed. Would those say 5-6 hours be better spent on your main grinding gear? Maybe, vary on what you still need to max out, but not sure if one is better then the other.

That entrance is available on history mode, you need to make a new character and play ffom the beginning, eventually you'll end up with a mission from a settlement that make you go there

Scavenging points are the those you spend at the bottom node in your SHD Watch. The ones you spend on getting all the resources. That's literally the whole point of the video though ':)

I just did this trick and it works however I'm at SHD level 3500 and only getting like 2600 scavenging per character so I am not sure how you are getting like 3600 points on your SHD level of like 3900...It took me several hours 5+ I think, doing it solo, eliminating the four rouge agents is quick and it seems getting from level 38 to 40 was that one that was taking the longest as it won't let you get Keaner until your level is 40...any suggestions on how to level fastest from 38 to 40? thanks for sharing

Don’t forget each time you make a new character you can also do the SHD requisition project and receive an exotic cache and named item. Also if you have done the hunters you go to your own base of operations and receive your 8 ivory keys in from of the weapon box and receive a shield splinterer

i just hit SHD 4000 Today and already knew this method long time ago. i did it first with SHD 1800-2000 (for optimization) and for me personaly, it wasnt really that worth it, because the materials was going empty very fast. BUT it is still faster and more efficient then looting it by playing your main character. and i would recommend starting this farming after you hit SHD 1000. Because in the Time you Grind to 1K, you will get new Gear/other gear or trying out other set´s etc. So its not worth thinking about it befor SHD 1K. Happy Farming Agent´s

Guys. I wouldn't mind a little help... I've got a 1300 level character with every build I'll ever need and every exotic but the EB... How does this new character level up system work? Create a new character, travel to WONY, start at level 30, play through (4 rogue agents and then Keener) to level 40 is going to take ~ 6 hours of gameplay. I thought KVD says in the vid that it's 2 hours? What am I doing wrong?

Get the boosted character that start at level 30. Then the 4 rogues and keener. Then after keener spend all watch levels on that character then delete character and do it again.. so basically you go from level 30 to beating keener every time then youll unlock your watch. Dont bother starting level 1 it takes to long

well half and half so if u don’t have a dedicated team for the whole 2 1/2 hours making two characters each. It’s kind of a lengthy process then. Trying to get other players to answer your call for back up but I will have to say I still do not end up with the amount of resources even after two hours of farming resources.

I dont like to give advice but with this... Nah mate. hold out until your curent watch hits 1500 shd. Your watch needs 1000 points to max it out. the first time.. 200 points of that goes to Scavenging whilst your maxing the watch, after that. each time you do an agent, 800 points of your shd level is used for maxing. the rest is your reward. so at 2000 SHD you'd get 1200 points reward.. ( to spend for bits n pieces).. @ SHD 160, I'd be running about pickin gup every little bit of crap I can find, if of no use, crush it. just dont be leaving anything behind.. The game finds a use for everything you can trip over, so pick it all up :D Trash collecting with a passion is a part of this game :p

There is another dark side of this. Most ppl are going to imagine that you can simply max up your gear by doing this.. 1) Just because your expertise level is MAX doesn't make your gear MAX.. 2) To MAX your gear/weapons you do need a MAX expertise level but ALSO an insane number of EXOTIC components. Ultimately I know pvp players are not happy about this expertise thing but that defines the work and the dedication of a player in this game towards upgrading his gear... and you should respect that. Going in dz and shooting players left and right does not make you a good player if you can't reach a goal because upgrading your gear, at the end of the day is a mission too 😉 There are players in this game who only do pvp and there are players wo only do pve.. there is always going to be some controversial stuff to be said between the two of them but NONE of the play style (pvp or pve) makes any of them better than the other one in my opinion. You can be a great pvp player and get squished in the summit or you can be a great pve and get squished in the dz... your gear and the quality of your gear is right in the middle ! If you take care about your gear your gear will take care about you !
