How to Spend 4 Days in Iceland
Iceland travel itinerary:
This is what my husband and I did during our 4.5 day trip to Iceland.
We found cheap flights and decided to book about 2 weeks before the trip so I didn't have a lot of time to plan. Luckily, Iceland has been on my bucket list for years so I already had some ideas of what to do. If you are planning to take a short trip to Iceland or a stopover, here is what you can do. We essentially went to Reykjavik, Hvalfjordur, the Southern Coast, and the Golden Circle. Something I would have maybe changed is to spit up the southern coast into two days and stay in a hotel somewhere along the coast for one night. Iceland in summer is beautiful and magical because of the flowers and the midnight sun. Highly recommend! Please subscribe to my channel!

We are going end of August for 4 nights. Renting car from Blue Rental. But we booked 4 different hotels by Diamond Beach, Vik, Reykjavik and Blue Lagoon so not to keep going back to Reykjavik each night. Were the hotels all booked? Seems like a lot of repetitive traveling on South Coast road.

@@gailhodlofski1900 it wasn’t repetitive. We fit the south coast all into one day. I would have split it up but we booked the flights only two weeks before the trip so there weren’t a lot of hotels available and I didn’t have a lot of time to research.
