Exactly. What i do is spend my budget on everything I had planned on buying, then open up my budget 2.0 for everything else I want. (Budget 2.0 doesn't have a limit that I have found yet lol)

I was there today and got a bunch of good stuff! Jason & Kay were amazing as always. It was my first card show and got to talk to Tons of great people. Sam @7:55 gave my nephew some packs to open since it was his first show!

One can go over budget on the first booth on one card and be done… 🤣 Especially with how things are going with Pokemon cards as a whole.its become normal for kids to no longer be able to afford booster packs or even find them due to resellers.

I've been a fan of the Capital Trade Show forever; however, as of late, Pokémon has taken it over (which is fine). Years ago it was maybe 10-20%, and now I'd say it's over 50%, and the layout for the show on Sunday was atrocious, and I spent the least amount of money I've spent there in years and left after an hour and a half. I think there's tremendous opportunity for a much larger card show that can showcase sports cards and Pokémon and stay consistent to their loyal clientele. Great content as always and your generosity is abundant!

Great to show support to the kids. In todays day and age a kid can no longer go to the store and buy a booster pack without spending a ridiculous amount of $which means he can’t afford it and won’t find any at Walmart or other stores. Resellers are ruining Pokemon.

@@Diet_DrKelp it's moreso that it's the perfect price to crack for a raw card - often the raw card in that condition will be more expensive than the graded one, and for cards that can be hard to find, getting a graded one is sometimes the only option
