Congratulations Lee Your hard work is most satisfying when it’s for your own business . It becomes part of yourself . I’ve found out in life’s journeys and tell my kids often “ The only one who takes care of #1 .... is #1 “. May I offer a suggestion? Call company reps , establish a report with customer service and techs just ask for common issues with all your equipment before you start heavy production so you know what may occur as it always does when your slammed with orders . $40 in spare electronic parts on hand may save you countless headaches and possible big $ losses . Plus the relationship with manufacturers when you are calm and learning sets the tone vs puking your guts out on a 5k order due to ship tomorrow and a $5 relay shit the bed lol Hoping in two years your buying a manufacturing and shipping warehouse for cash and start with employees . Best of Luck ! I am very thankful to Shadetree for mentioning you on Neal’s livestream several years ago . You Always have great content and filming .

I know that exact feeling with all the dust all over the house. Last winter we had to redo one of our work houses bathroom and all flooring due to a waterline freezing. The amount of effort it took to get the tiles (not stone tile, the rubber kind) and glue off was insane. And just from having to cut out the floor in parts of the bathroom due to water damage, that sawdust got everywhere.

Lee Stuart Hi man. How are you? A TIP to record your videos better. So that the image does not produce that flicker (as seen in minute 7:15), what you have to do is set the shutter speed, so that it is synchronized with the electrical frequency of the place where you are recording. You have to find out the electric frequency where you record. Electricity, here in Argentina is 220v 50Hz. That is to say, the electric frequency is 50. Therefore the fluorescents produce a flicker at 50 times per second. To avoid flickering, you have to record at 1/50 per second, or complementary. For example at 1/100 the flicker would also disappear. If you record at another speed, you will see the blinking. In the USA, if I'm not mistaken, the electricity is 110V 60Hz. Therefore, you would have to record 1/60 to avoid flickering. Greetings from Argentina! Hola amigo.

This hits close to home. My parents started an embroidery business in our basement when i was 7 or 8. After a few years they remodeled the attached garage into the business then bought a vacant lot next door to build a new garage. My dad started heat pressing and finally bought a vinyl cutter instead of dealing with someone else making the prints.

OMFG lol You have said it all on the subject on quality control and outsourcing to get t-shirts printed etc this is why I have decided to do it myself. I am in the very early stages at the moment so not an active brand yet but there's so much to think about before advertising any products. As first appearances go along way. It has been just over a year that I decided to start my brand. I did back in 2018 but the supplier let me down big time so i had to pull it off of advertising. Even just getting my logo and website domain this time has made me extremely happy as this the 3rd attempt to get things to start. I don't think i was in the right frame of mind before as this time i am determined than ever. 3 rd time lucky lol You are such an inspiration Lee i am so glad i found your channel. Have a great day from England :O)
