Embarrassment is the cost of entry. If you aren't willing to look like a foolish beginner, you'll never become a graceful master.

So what are the WOW secrets? I expected to see info related to tips on how to perfect WOW printing. This video just seems like its showing your shop printing a couple of jobs and some small shop upgrades. Where are the WOW secrets like the title suggests?

do you typically flash in between each color on a design like this?
@leestuart386 күн бұрын
Back in these days on a manual press, yes I would. There's nothing to be gained printing wet on wet on a manual press with this type of design. But now that we run auto's at decently high volume, I'd be printing a few of these colors wet for speed.

Do u know . I spend every day almost two hours watching ur videos . Some videos i watch twice or even three times. U are my inspiration. I want ur advice and will be really much appreciated, iam in Montreal and thinking to have my own printing shop , same as u have maybe , as a graphic designer i have a very good experience specially with the large format designs . However, as your experience, do u think this business can grow up. I mean do u think if i open my shop for screen print, mimaki uv printer and other printer machine for flyers and brochures, will be hood business ? Iam very hesitant and afraid specially that i will ask for business loan and keep my current job at less for couple of months. What u think ? Cheers

I hope the little motivational message I sent on Facebook made you at least smile. This is the second time I've sent it and for some reason it's never been read. It's good to know that you are taking the right steps to overcome your problem. I hope the best for you.

Scoot the bench in a little bit more that bar should almost be at your nipples. But pretty good for using mostly your shoulders. 😂

You should really do an online band merch store. That way us (the customer) would know that the products we are getting are top quality. Bands would have a new outlet to sell merch and make money. It's a win win situation

Being able to have a laugh when working in a small company is important to mental health as well. Nothing worse than having to walk around on eggshells cause someone is having a bad day trust me I know.

Gotta fix his form at 12:40 and he won't hit the machine. Tuck those elbows a bit shouldn't be straight out to the side like that

I just wonder , i can see screen print takes huge amount of time and precision plus the the space for the machine it self and the dryer . Why u didn’t go with direct to garments , or hear press . Is there a customers preferred method of printing or u choose that and why? Ur reply will really be so helpful Thanks

Screen printing is a much higher quality solution that can produce 10x the volume of the other two options. DTG and heat transfer still have their place, but screen printing is king

I don’t think the grey application pad is the best for hats, you ever try foam pads? Also order a tape dispenser it’s a life saver.
@leestuart3818 күн бұрын
The grey pad works way better than the foam. The foam takes way too long to transfer the heat so the application times are 4x longer or more. They also don't protect the bill from scorch marks like the grey pad can. We use them every day in my shop

Keep up the great work guys! So happy to have more content to inspire and motivate me to keep going. As for your laser, Print and cut feature in Lightburn is your friend. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve designed a cut in illustrator with registration marks, print a template with those marks (just tape it down on your large blank material sheet), import that into Lightburn, and use those same marks to register the placement. Guaranteed to cut your material EXACTLY how you want it. I have sublimated on acrylic (with my marks), imported my Illustrator file, Print and Cut setup, then perfection. It really cuts down on my material waste no matter if it’s leather blanks, card stock, wood, acrylic. It even helps you make up jigs for repeatable jobs (like engraving on pens). I don’t have a Boss laser but it should be compatible with Lightburn. I also don’t remember what software you use but if it isn’t Lightburn, give it a try.

Rumors have it that Tajima is the best embroidery machine, so this six head had to have set you back $160,000! Your gonna need 300-500 piece orders to pay for it.

Not even close to what it needs to be profitable, the number is a lot less. This machine paid for itself in 3 months

Watch for.dye migration on polyester material. Use poly inks on poly fabrics.

The thing is, this stuff is designed to work, it is weird at first, but I think every job is different and you have to leave wiggle room in your out thw door pricing so you can allow for a few goof ups. Extras...that is the key.
