Being a quite bit older than you I hope you appreciate my (unsolicited 😬) advice: Lean into boredom. Lean into the mundane. This forced circle of highs and lows you feel during school/ uni are actually good for your nervous system. Once in the workforce you don’t usually have this and that’s why people get burned out/depressed etc.. x

Thank you Claudia for sharing this. We have forgotten what down time is like - I think we think it means we are wasting time or something. The french really know how to cultivate those feelings...melancholy feelings, its an art..lol. We just have to open to it feel it, live it and move on because like you said - once WORK begins..it's every man for himself and good luck...lol

I've been also struggling with this feeling of being just waiting for the September to arrive, and I wanted to add one important point to the list of things to do meanwhile: spend time with your family and enjoy with them, bc that's something we can not do when we're away.
