Totally agree with you on your sharing! I was anticipating your decisison while i was watching your video and am happy to know we share the same thoughts on what to change and what can be saved. one fully renovated toilet can cost up to 12k, tiles water-proofing all in, without the toilet bowls and basins. Windows can consider to change if previous owner did not clean it nicely... I think most people will not want to have a dirty window and frame especially around the hard to reach areas. If owners are planning to re-sell later, do consider sticking to basic and calm colours and avoid extensive customisation such as knocking down walls as most people like to have a standard unit for their own design.
