Ok, i learned how to do it. It took me 3 month every day training for few minutes. Crazy! And i need to really focus on the ball to keep it, sometimes i still spin around my body. I spin it counter clockwise, cant do it clockwise - its like starting from beginning, damn it! Tips: I started from catching on my fingertip, but ball doesn't spin for too long, so you need to spin on top of your nail, it may hurt a nail at first, but then you will get use to it. And you need a really fast and steady ball spin, need to train your wrist to do it, just try as fast as you can, and day after day, muscles will get stronger.

I finally figured out the break through I needed. First off let me explain what I do. I spin it like the video and support my pointer with my thumb and I got really good at spinning it, I’d average 3 seconds each go. But the thing I realized is the spin is the most important part. Once you have the balance down you need to slap the ball to keep it spinning. balance only goes a long way, the real thing keeping it there is the spin. Remember that

For those spinning it and trying to land it on the finger it’s easier to not make the ball “jump” kinda like there should be no air to the ball like smooth transition that helped me because some people get like a few centimetres of air but try to make the pop of your hand as minimal as possible from the spin on the finger to the balancing on the finger

When I was young I taught myself how to spin it. But I do it completely different. I bend my middlefinger in and place the ball between middlefinger, indexfinger and thumb. Then I push my middle finger up and move my thumb towards my body and the ball spins on my index finger. I really don't move my hand at all to do this.
@mystque87544 жыл бұрын
What?
@milosp.19634 жыл бұрын
@@mystque8754 Hard to explain, without showing it. Just wanted to say, that I use to spin the ball without moving my hand. I get all the speed I need from the movement of my thumb and middle finger. Maybe it's easier to learn, the way he did it in this video. But I didn't had anyone to teach me, so I just figured something out myself.

I actually got motivation from a friend whom i was go to basketball training with whe did some tournaments and compitions and learned a bunch of stuff. But apparantly spinning a basletball ain't one of them. After a year and a half whe both stopped. And after a while when i saw my friend again he could spin a basketball on his finger and i asked him how and he kind of said the same thing that just to spin. And he is good at a lot of stuff that involve your fingers and wrist like playing the fluit and piano and other stuff. --So conclusion im going to learn it seeing as i have almost nothing to do in this pandemic.

ya thats normal and it means ur doing it right. my guess is the ball isn't spinning as fast as it should, and ur off hand isn't used to "tapping" it to get it to spin.
