How to Spin a Flowstar

I’d love a tutorial on how not to let the flow star fold. That’s been my problem, it folds on itself and I don’t know what about my hand placement is letting it do that. Or how to get enough speed to keep the momentum from folding

What helped me get started with momentum was the use both hands to get the initial spin and once its going I make sure and focus on spinning my hand like 90% and 10% popping it up. Hope that helps!! I’m new to this too 🙂

Didnt explain the direction of the spin when you're using two hands.. does that mean your other hand will spin it the other direction?
