Split-S is a half roll then pitching up to level. NOT just doing 180* turn to a lower level.

Awesome tutorial! Thanks for the track! At first, I had problems with finding the next gate, the quad symbol is barely visible against the sky, so when I see, it I'm already crossing the middle of the field at the speed of Mach-1. But later I looked around and figured out the order: trees corner -> picnic spot -> playground -> hut, and I knew where to aim 🙂Also, after making some laps in velocidrone, I put chairs around my room and did similar exercise on my meteor 65. It felt like doing the same thing at 3x speed 🙂To be frank, I crashed too much flying around chairs in acro mode, so I switched to angle, and had some good time. Thank you so much for the lessons and tracks!

I'd highly recommend staying in acro 😅 angle is teaching some wrong habits especially if you want to later switch to bigger quads! Love the chair idea! And thanks for watching!

This is a perfect track for trying out a throttle cap on your radio. A little less power makes it much easier.

Not to be 'that guy' what's the difference between a yaw spin, and what is being called a split S? I always think of a split S like a reverse immelman. Roll to inverted and pitch back

Yaw spin is just using the yaw and doesn't use much more of the other axis I guess. We actually need a dictionary because I have no idea what's jmmelman. And I know that in EU powerloops in racing mean corkscrews in US in racing. We need to make it all... Normalised 😂

@@MaiOnHigh 🙂 Split-S is when you roll upside down over the obstacle and then dive behind and under it. And immelman is when you are doing a powerloop, but at the top point you change your mind, roll and proceed straight. I learnt this in IGOW 4, they are using these words a lot to make newbies crash their whoops :-)

Back when, before I knew what a "Split-S" maneuver even was, I found myself performing it to save from crashing into something. 😆So, by default I became fair at the practice! Far from race quality however...No hate here! Especially not from the top female pilot in the planet!!!
