It doesn't work too shabby. Sometimes I stick to the one-way for certain things too. Thanks!

I bought my 4 way wedge because of one of your other videos. I realy like it, im getting ready to take it to my cousins welding shop to have him add on to the wings, to make them longer. Then ill have to cut the log stops down a little up bu the cylinder. I think its going to make it even better yet.

Yeah - that's one thing with the wedge. The log stops get in the way. Thanks for watching!

Have the same slip-on 4-way wedge for my splitter. It sucks. Always fighting the wood with it. Maybe is because am splitting box elder and cottonwood. With the single wedge, can split a heaping full load of standing dead pine for campfire wood in just over half an hour. Well over a facecord, not too shabby for a slow splitter. If the 4-way wedge worked the way it should, could nearly cut that time in half.

Look up the block of wood as a spacer on youtube for the wood splitter. Works excellent.

I have a like splitter. I have used the 4 way bur like to have more control over splits with the single.

I would agree. Single splits are much cleaner. 4 way is sometimes a little faster.

The way to split fast is to maul the wood with the wedge several shallow penetrations and then the grain tears apart....it took me 2 years to realize this ....i go all day without going through fully mostly 2 inch

What are the tops of your wood racks made of? Your area is very tidy, I watched someone else’s videos and he had a burn barrel right there and burned the scraps as he split. I thought that was a pretty good idea.

Thanks! Some are made out of repurposed steel roofing. The ones in this video are made out a plywood siding product made by LP and then painted.

Thanks for watching. Primarily, I use it for my personal use, but we also will be selling a bit of it this year in bundle and small loose stack form in our roadside stand. I may also sell some face cords at some point. We will see.

FAST? THAT'S THE SLOWEST SPLITTER ON THE MARKET

Yep! But it works for a lot of people

11.5 second cycle time, I have one and it works just fine for me. Not a processor but it doesn’t have the price tag of one either. I think it’s a great splitter.

Dude- average push is 3 seconds until you're letting go unless you twisted wood and if you go next size up it'll take twice as long
