Dr Das opens up the most harrowing cases he has worked on, the use of Psychiatric facilities in British society and who is more likely to commit violent crimes.

I would love to hear your thoughts regarding the Paul Ferguson and his mother Shondra Vondra Ark case. The makeup of this case I find interesting to study.

Oh boy. The big University paper, the never-ending comparison of elements. But I did reach a criminological conclusion. Parents produce their children and or some children are left to bring themselves up which ends in dire straits for same children

I am interested in Dr Das's comments about violence in men vs women. In the recent case of Scarlet Blake, a transgender woman, he was described as female in court and on news media, and he'll be classed as female on crime stats. But he doesn't have a GRC. Blake saw a doc on Netflix about killing cats. He killed one himself. Then last year he killed a Spanish student. Of course women do kill, mostly as a defensive behaviour, but Blake planned carefully to kill his victim. So: why should a transwoman born male who commits a crime which, overwhelmingly, is a "male crime" be allowed to be referred to as a woman in court and be recorded as female in the crime stats despite not having a GRC? #notourcrimes.

How do you know that a trans woman is included in female crime statistics?

What a stupid question to postulate, Are You Born A Violent Criminal - what people fail to take into account here is, Humanbeings come b4 law, law is an interpretation of a ruling classes perceptions of appropriate behaviour, in corllory people believe & become conditioned to accept this as interpretation of what is a social norm & it becomes instilled in our culture, however it is actually human behaviour that is being legislated against & any characteristics someone else possess could be part of your natural character - it comes down to what behaviour is acceptable & the time period, for example in times of war psychopaths & murderers become valuable to the state & are encouraged to kill so don't believe the hype all humans are capable of displaying any behaviours another has displayed; to lazy to assess the information we are given properly & if I was a ruler I would make sure that is enshrined in law, so law is only an interpretation of believes & social mores of that specific time & culture!!

All humans are capable of displaying any behavior another has displayed. That is a fact, and using war, murderers, and psychopaths has nothing to do with that fact. The problem with your point is that just because murderers and psychopaths become more valuable doesn't mean other people are not capable of doing what they do. Nothing about your point demonstrates what you are arguing. Also, laws are the interpretation of beliefs and acceptable social behavior of the time, which is why you can find a legislature in most developed countries that determines which laws are acceptable and unacceptable given the times. You don't need to enshrine anything in law because that is naturally how it works. As time changes, cultures change. As culture changes, politicians change. As politicians change, laws change. A proper assessment of the information given will lead you to the same conclusion.
