hello!! I'm wondering if you could make a video regarding CFM's and shop compressors necessary to handle HVLP guns.. also if you can talk about LVLP guns as well, i'm having a hard time setting up my home shop to be capable of spraying my projects, without having to buy a 60 gallon $2000 tank that can output enough volume to run these HVLP guns. it's quite frustrating and no body shop guys on youtube i've see, ever talk or mention it. thanks so much!!!

HVLP repair more volume than most people thing. It's less pressure, but more volume. I will keep this in mind for upcoming videos.

Nice job. I think even I could handle this. I assume it is less expensive than a commercial job. I am on a budget.

Yes, it is cheaper and it really is easy to spray.

You mentioned silicones, oddly enough I have a project that I'm working on, that needs the silicone oils to be removed, what would you suggest, product wise, to remove those remaining oils left behind after removing silicone? Thanks!
@CarAddictGarage7 жыл бұрын
First wash with soap and water. Then use a wax and grease remover. Most paint companies have one. For PPG the number is DX 320and Shopline is JX 101

DIY Auto Body and Paint thanks for the tip, have to bond two shells of fiberglass together, the silicone oils left behind will likely interfere with that. Cheers!
