@@melissapaiesley7621 yes it doesn't take long for it to sprout, once it starts sprouting I usually feed it. I've also found the birds prefer it that way. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment 👍

@@SuzanBayles it's something easy you can do, if you in Australia there is a company in qld called Queenslander Aviarys, they have some good quality sprouting mixes for sale, especially aimed at a bit larger birds such as yours. But yes you can use your own seed mix. Glad you like my video and I hope your birds love it 😀

@@JoanneMcCarthy-tu3bw the jars are fantastic! I buy them from Queensland here in Australia. The Good thing part is they are great quality and I just wash them in the dishwasher. The company is called QUEENSLANDER AVIARIES. They have many great products. These jars really help upgrade your sprouted seed game 😅👍 hope that helps
