i am looking to trim a kids 'space' themed bed, it is the untrained attempting the impossible a little..., I have a spray gun and compressor (2.0mm HVLP Gravity Feed Air Spray) and looking to spray the DAP Products Weldwoodvia this . what pressure should I run and what pattern spray is acceptable (or what to avoid?)

there is no hard and fast rule when it comes to spraying glue . you will have to do a test spray. What you are looking for is an even spray. on large areas you can use a wide fan pattern to get good coverage, but on smaller areas use a smaller fan with a bit less volume of glue but a slightly higher pressure

Also what type of plastic sheet are you using for your templates (thickness type?) - I attempted to see some plastic drop sheet but it seemed too weak and pulled araprt

Its a patterning plastic called PE Fibretex Clear 205cm supplied bywww.kayospruce.com

can you staple GRP panels (3mm thick?) if not just glue?

GRP is to hard for staples they will just bend, what material are you glueing to the GRP

@@itolond Vinyl is not easy to glue to GRP you have to use a very specific glue. I explain about gluing vinyl in my Best Range Rover Classic interior upgrade video.
