My friend who worked as a bubble tea manager asked me for money because he wanted to open his own place I gave him enough money that I would own 80% and he only 20%. He’s doing so good at running the shop that we make 500,000$ in sales per year before expenses , fees and taxes. In the end I get to keep around 180,000$ per year and I never even go in.

Key to making a bubble tea shop 1. Make a lot of friends 2. Get funding to build bubble tea shop 3. Create a warm & welcoming environment/loungy vibes 4. continue making friends. 5. Create a menu & recipe with maybe a few snacks to go with boba 6. I've considered franchising because I didn't really grow up with bubble tea and only have it a few times a year when traveling to larger cities.
