This has been soo confusing to me for the past 2 years. I don't know who, but someone told me private limited company means that they would come for your personal assets and parnership means they wont. But now looking at your video, the name itself implies that its limited liability. I was mislead for the past 2 years. Thank god I dont have any partnerships right now. And the tax benefits? I didn't know that either. What you thought me is the best. And I think, if I ever where to start a company, I shall hire a CA to do my accounting and also one who explains to me as good as you. Thank you so much. If you could do more videos like this, I would really appreciate it.

Bro in pvt ltd company when you go for loan from bank/nbfc they get directors to be compulsary guarantee to them, therefore in company also have unlimited liability of directors/gurantors. Pls read lifting of corporate veil... Although thax for wonderful information for beginners..👍

I am not a CA. I think you can get collateral free loans. Many times my bank manager asked me to take loan without any collateral. I think director are liable only if they have done any fraud.
