A cloud kitchen, sometimes known as a "ghost kitchen" or "virtual kitchen," is a type of commercial kitchen where food establishments can produce their menu items for takeout and delivery. Contrary to conventional brick-and-mortar establishments, cloud kitchens enable the production and delivery of food products with low overhead.
A cloud kitchen is a delivery-only eatery with no actual dining area. It only accepts orders placed online using online food aggregators, websites, or mobile apps that support online ordering.
The restaurant has the freedom to launch many brands while using the same cooking infrastructure thanks to the cloud kitchen architecture. The restaurateur may run many brands using the same culinary infrastructure and resources thanks to multi-brand cloud kitchens.
For instance, a restaurant owner who currently solely offers South Indian cuisine can start serving Mexican cuisine as well. But rather than expanding the Mexican offerings of his present band, he may start running a different brand out of the same delivery-only kitchen.
