Thank you for sharing, I'm very excited about opening my own call center. I think there is a lot of demand for bilingual call answering services.

Great video and all. I viewed how you broke down the numbers as far as profit and expenses but I wanted to know how much would the owner would earn after the annual gross profit and expenses?
@CallCenterClass3 жыл бұрын
Owner keeps everything. Unless your company has investors or you're putting some profits back into reinvestment, there's no other pieces here. You own the company, you keep the profits (after taxes.)

I own a startup remote call center company. What are some tips you can give in acquiring clients for inbound service?

Hello! In your course do you provide how to find clients? How did you find yours? Where can I find the course and for how much?

Could I mimic this in 2021 with a virtual staff in The Phillippines ? I ask because I rather not hire people here in the states.
@CallCenterClass3 жыл бұрын
Yes. Some of our students are doing that today. Also, I started a staffing company with one of our students where we source talent from Eastern Europe. Way better infrastructure, great reliability and great English skills.

@@CallCenterClass What is the required start-up capital for this? After your course, I mean the required investment for staff, website, marketing etc.

@@jerrybillett3558 Sorry for the late response on this, just seeing it! With foreign staff you'll be around 2-5 grand depending on how fast you land clients.

Hi there is this a 24 hour call model or just after hours (5pm-8am)
@CallCenterClass3 жыл бұрын
This can definitely be done as a 24 hour call center and some of our students are doing that :)

Would you happen to know, if the technology that is used in the business is accessible for a blind person?
@CallCenterClass2 жыл бұрын
That's a really good question, and likely the very first question I straight up do NOT know the answer to. The best approach on answering this would be to ask a few phone system vendors if they have the functionality for it. Chances are, only the more mature providers would have it, if any. I would start with Five9 and go from there. If a blind person can use the phone system software, they can serve clients.

i have a Q , regarding packages , what does the minuites mean lets say 300 Pack , does that mean a full on phone 300 Min span whether the biz received call through these 300 min or not through the month ? or does it mean a 300 fully recorded and time tracked covered on phone hours receiving calls with no Gaps or time wasted in between ? pease clarify i m just confused bit about the packages structure meaning :) i hop eu can clarify thank you
@CallCenterClass2 жыл бұрын
It means actual time on the phone. Think of it like a cell phone plan (the old ones haha.) If someone goes over the actual TALK TIME (or in our case handle time, which is talk time + time it takes to send the call summary email) then they get charged overage on a per minute basis.

Absolutely. Plenty of our students are overseas and the lessons contained in the course are applicable anywhere with an internet connection!

Anywhere you are able to recruit staff to get the job done. The few that are doing overseas make the most money in this industry because of the pay market. Great spreadsheet showing the expenses/staff & profits. Simple yet very efficient & easy to understand. Great content 👍🏾👍🏾
