@Darealmun Thank you for your response! I agree and disagree. The way of Jesus Christ is all encompassing - spiritual and physical surrender of the self to the Divine Will. Claiming that His way is instead "religious" is a false dichotomy. Everyone is religious - everyone binds themselves to something to feel whole. Only Jesus Christ is worthy of such binding. He is the Way to true spirituality since he is the Master of the spiritual and physical universe. He is the only one who deals with the true enemy of the spiritual life that threatens members of all cultures, tribes, and languages - Sin. He loves enough to die for even His enemies - including myself. He is the one who takes away our sin, who makes us whole, fully human. He invites us to pick up our cross and follow Him - for authentic Union with the Divine, namely Himself. Out of love, I must warn that spiritual paths apart from The Cross, many of which I have self studied, may include genuinely good principles, but ultimately lead to incomplete or straight up false union with the Divine (hell). I appreciate your time in reading this post! I know it's heavy. If I’m understanding correctly, that’s where you explain how the assets (or whatever valuable things the nonprofit has) will be distributed if you dissolve the entity ..... do they go to another charity or nonprofit or foundation or special group. You have to decide where it goes. Most of the time people choose similar entities that share the same theological values and views. For example: a baptist church dissolves and will give all assets to “another” baptist church or to the denominational headquarters to decide who needs them

Well if you’re a w-2 employee it will show up in the system … if you’re not (but maybe getting honorariums or offerings) it won’t … you will report that on your income tax as a 1099 type of income but now w-2 which will report to the state agencies

If you’re not a w-2 employee they can’t withhold anything from you. That means you’ll deal with child support or taxes yourself …
